 I am pleased to be able to provide a trading update for the year ended 31 July 2009. Preliminary results show turnover up 13% to £37m with debt reduced by 42%. This is a tremendous team effort considering the tough economic challenges that face every company. Trading has also been positive since the start of this financial year as we seek to make further gains in turnover and profit. Whilst business improvement is a constant process, I am confident that we have made the significant adjustments that were required in order that we can now focus on what we do best - driving the business forward. Mobile division 3g continues to perform well with record monthly connections posted recently along with improvements in cross-selling opportunities between BNS and 3g. The relationship with Vodafone has been enhanced to Premier Partner status along with the launch of a national advertising campaign where 3g are the chosen partner in Birmingham and the West Midlands. It is important to realise that with some prudent belt-tightening and business foresight, we embark on a new financial year in a stronger position than we started it.
